I am interested in the interactions between reovirus viral factories and cellular proteins and how these interactions influence viral replication and assembly. In particular, I am focusing on interactions between cellular proteins and mNS - the factory matrix protein.

In another project I am characterizing the distribution of the outer capsid proteins m1 and s3 in infected and transfected cells.
