Here's your opportunity to make your company known to up to 600 people, while supporting Latino theater productions in your community. We are Teatrotaller, a unique theater ensemble at Cornell University, bringing plays in Spanish and Spanish/English to the local Cornell community and beyond. Our goal is to produce and promote Latino culture and Spanish language by gathering the talents of people from diverse backgrounds to bring about the creation of art through theatrical expression. The group has staged approximately 50 productions since its inception in 1993, most recently ranging from the fast-paced Spanish comedy, "Yo tengo un tío en América" to the Mexican documentary play, "La mujer que cayó del cielo," the world premier performances of three short plays by Nora Glickman, presented in Ithaca and in Israel, and the student collective creation project about Maya culture, "Kan Balaam".
