- Purpose of This Project -

"Change that has implications for the ecology of the workplace occurs not just in business process and organizational size and structure, but also in thenature of the information technology that simultaneously supports and often stimulates changes in these organizational characteristics" (Franklin Becker, 1996)

The primary purpose of this project is to investigate the up-to-date trend of IT (Information Technology) on the real estate brokerage office environment.

We set two main factors, IT and Paper/Document Management Practice, which were mostly considered to affect the physical design of the office. Our target is office where brokers mediate transactions between sellers and buyers for properties. Of course, the properties include real estate brokerage offices. The target players are primarily workers in the brokerage offices, as well as sellers and buyers in the brokerage transactions.

Please enjoy exploring the world of IT and brokerage offices.
